Orders are shipped via UPS.

When UPS collects the parcel we will send you and e-mail which will confirm the shipping and quote the order's tracking number.

You will be able to track your parcel on WWW.UPS.COM.

Please allow 10 business days for delivery.

Our parcels are attractively packaged and then repackaged for shipping.

If you would like us to include a gift card, please e-mail your message and we will have it printed on one of our cards (please quote "gift card" in the subject area).

For gift reminders please e-mail your gift dates and we will e-mail a reminder 20 days in advance (please quote "gift reminder" in the subject area).

We use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes and in an effort to improve your shopping experience.

We do not sell online customer information to any outside company or third party.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the shipping date.

Please fill in the return form.

Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the return form.

For exchanges please indicate on the return form what you would like.

We will accept shipping charges for maximum 1 exchange per order (if the order is for 3 items you may exchange 1 or all 3 but once and simultaneously).

We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged or used.

Euro/US Dollar rate is 1.08 US Dollar per Euro;
Euro/Yen rate is 127.01 Yens per Euro;
Euro/GBP rate is 0.6583 per Euro.
